Marta Amaton
Marta Amaton has more than 20 years of experience helping individuals and families define and achieve their financial goals. She brings her own unique knowledge and experience, focusing on identifying and addressing any potential planning gaps for both pre-retirees and those already in retirement to continue to help them avoid the obstacles that could derail their plans since we have always had changes with legislation. Through her experience with beneficiary reviews, she can help clients make smart choices and position their financial assets to serve their own needs as well as those of the people and causes they care about.
As a Registered Representative and Investment Advisor Representative with United Planners Financial Services, Marta offers a full range of comprehensive financial planning and investment services with particular attention to Investment & Retirement Planning, Risk Management, and Insurance Planning. She was previously associated with Proxy Freedom in Walnut Creek and Jacobson Wealth Management in Napa and is securities licensed with Series 7, 63 and 65 and maintains her Life and Health Insurance License. Additionally, she has earned the certificate of Investment Management Theory & Practice through Yale School of Management.
Marta currently teaches a community educational retirement class at Napa Valley College. She has served in her community as a Past Board Director for Napa Valley Support Services (NVSS), Napa Valley Share the Care past Board of Director and Past President, NAIFA North Bay and Past President for North Bay, a Past Secretary for the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP), and is a Past Ambassador of the Fairfield-Suisun Chamber of Commerce and a volunteer with Napa Valley End to Walk Alzheimer’s Association Committee.
Marta enjoys spending time with her grandchildren, reading, traveling, fitness and former Racquetball tournament player.
